U.O. Group has extensive experience in heavy
industrial pipe installation and the provision of heavy equipment on
site. To meet tight schedules, our pipe fabrication shop supports
the field installation activities and is able to act as a direct
supplier of prefabricated piping assemblies, skids, and modules for
our clients.
U.O. Group holds both
a " U" stamp for fabrication of new ASME certified pressure vessels
as well as an "R" stamp for all ASME repairs , addition or
relocation of nozzles and man ways, and re-rating of existing
vessels.
All fabrication is
performed in our 10,000 square foot facility to insure that the end
product is of the highest quality. Fabrication capabilities include
light and heavy wall carbon steel, stainless steel, exotic alloys,
and other specialty materials. We utilize both an indoor pipe
fabrication facility and seven acres of skid/module assembly space.
Our mechanical team is
skilled in the installation of all types of equipment from small
rotating equipment to large mills and machines with exacting
tolerances.
U. O. Group is in the unique position of being
able to offer a single-site resource for industrial and marine
facilities for partial or complete contract services such as:
